Why Is My Roblox Gift Card Not Working

There are currently two options on the site that forward me to redeem it the upgrade now button and the gift cards event button.

The amount held will return to your card automatically and roblox will not receive payment. Clicking on redeem now takes me to a broken page where it doesnt seem to. For example everytime i get a card i redeem it for 800 robux but i have some money left for a 400 robux addon.
